Lancets ReliOn® offers three different sizes of lancets to meet the needs of all people with diabetes. Our Thin Lancets have a 26-gauge needle and are ideal for alternative site testing. Our Ultra-Thin Lancets have a 30-gauge needle and are designed for sensitive fingers. ReliOn® Ultra-Thin Lancets now come in five fun colors! Our Ultra-Thin Plus Lancets have a 33-gauge needle – one of the thinnest needles on the market. A thinner lancet allows for great comfort. ReliOn® lancets work with the ReliOn® Lancing Device and they are compatible with many other lancing devices as well. Click here for more information Use lancets only once to ensure a healthy, clean and effective injection. Once used, a lancet is no longer sterile so there's an increased risk of infection. The tip of a lancet may be damaged after just one use. While not visible to the naked eye, that damage may become worse with each use. This re-use can cause bruising and more pain.
